Topic: Do we need a US Company if we want to sell ERP Software in the U.S.?

I am a financial manager of a Belgium ERP software company. We are now lunching a new product designed for the US market. I am trying to figure out if we should form a US company for that or can we sell the new products from Belgium?

US company is an excellent structure for Non US Residents (including a non US business) to operate in North America. Forming a US company gives your business many advantages including: Asset and Shareholders protection, Business credibility with US Customers & Tax efficiency. There are 50 US states in which you can form your US Company but in general forming a Delaware Company or a Delaware Corporation may be the best option for a non US resident (see why) (incorporate now)
