Should I
open a separate bank account for
my U.S. Company?
Without a
designated business account for
your U.S. business, you will not
be able to deposit checks made
payable to your U.S. corporation
or LLC, or have your customer
pay you by credit card / debit
cards and paypal.

How long
does it take to open a bank

After you
submit your bank account
introduction order we process it
the same day (during
weekdays).We then match your
banking needs to the banks in
our network and the next day
email you applications and
contact information for a
minimum of 3 banks that you may
contact and apply for a business
bank account with. The approval
process varies from bank to
bank. Tax Usa Inc. will aim to
speed up the process helping you
with the various applications.

Yes, under
the "Patriot Act" all U.S. banks
are required to "know there
clients", meaning to
identify new clients before they
open a company bank account for
you. The process itself
varies from bank to bank but are
committed to meet the
requirements of the worldwide
Money Laundering Regulations.

Do I need
to go to a bank branch?
Our bank
account introduction service
does not require you to come to
the U.S. for the account
opening. However it is the bank
sole discretion to decide if to
open an account for your company
and if to ask the authorized
person to appear in person at
the bank and sign the account
opening documents before the
bank manager.

Our
network of banks within and
outside of the U.S. understand
the special needs or our clients
especially know that as
non-U.S.-residents, the owner
does not live in the U.S. and
they are designed to accommodate
that need.
